How Do I Place an Order?

  3. Review your order and select “Check Out.”

  4. Fill in your shipping and payment details, then click “Place Order.”
    That’s it! You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.


Can I Track My Order?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
You can use this link to see real-time updates on your delivery status and estimated arrival date.


I Haven’t Received an Order Confirmation — What Should I Do?

Order confirmation emails are usually sent within a few minutes, but they can sometimes end up in your spam or promotions folder.
If you don’t see it after 30 minutes, please check all your folders.

Can I Change My Order?

Before checkout, you can freely add or remove items from your shopping bag.
If you’ve already placed your order, please email info@blomuse.com as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to update your order before it ships.


Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment and before they leave our warehouse.
If your order has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel it — but you can return the item once it arrives.
